Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare for Collection
Ensure the doors are securely repacked in their original packaging; please note that doors that have been trimmed, hung, or painted cannot be accepted for return.
- 3.Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized logistics partners to schedule a convenient collection date from your property.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in resalable condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
