How do I know what size door to order?
Measure the height and width of the door frame opening in millimeters. We recommend measuring in three places for both width and height, using the largest measurement to ensure a perfect fit after trimming.
What is the difference between solid core and hollow core doors?
Solid core doors are constructed with a dense composite material that provides superior sound insulation and a premium feel. Hollow core doors are lightweight and budget-friendly, making them ideal for closets or low-traffic areas.
Do your doors come pre-finished or unfinished?
We offer both options. Pre-finished doors are ready to hang immediately, while unfinished or primed doors allow you to apply your own custom paint or stain to match your specific interior decor.
How much can I trim off the edges of my new door?
Most of our internal doors can be trimmed by up to 6mm on each side and the bottom. However, this varies by model, so please check the specific product specifications before making any cuts.
What is your delivery timeframe for oversized items?
Standard delivery for internal doors typically takes 3-5 business days. Our specialized courier will contact you 24 hours in advance to provide a specific delivery window to ensure someone is home to receive the order.
Can I return a door if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the door has not been cut, painted, or altered in any way. Please note that return shipping costs for large items are the responsibility of the customer.
